DMCA Disclaimer
Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliance:
YouCinePC respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws. As a provider of an online service, we operate under the assumption of good faith that our website content respects copyrights. If any copyrighted material appears on our site, it is our intention that it is used in compliance with fair use or with permission. We do not intend to host or knowingly promote pirated content.
Third-Party Content Sources:
YouCinePC does not host any copyrighted videos, movies, or media files on our own servers. All media content accessible through our website (such as streams of movies, TV shows, or live sports) is indexed or embedded from third-party websites or platforms. This means that when you watch or access content via YouCinePC, the content might actually be coming from external sources beyond our control. We act as an aggregator or directory, guiding users to content that is already publicly available on the internet. Because this content is provided by third parties, YouCinePC cannot guarantee the legality or rightful ownership of that content at all times. However, we have no desire to facilitate copyright infringement. If we discover (or are informed) that a link or embedded content on our site is infringing someone’s copyright, we will remove or disable access to that content promptly.
No Piracy Intended:
All content on YouCinePC is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not charge users to access these media links, nor do we encourage anyone to misuse the content. We strongly discourage piracy and advise all users to support content creators by using legitimate services whenever possible. Any copyrighted material that might appear on our site is not hosted by us and is presented in the context of information (for example, showing how to access the content via official or legal means). If any unauthorized or infringing content is found on our pages, it is inadvertent and will be addressed as soon as brought to our attention.
Procedure for Copyright Owners (DMCA Takedown Requests):
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and you believe that any content on YouCinePC infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice to request the removal of or to disable access to the allegedly infringing material. To be effective, your notice should be in writing and include the following information (in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. (For example, the title of the movie or show, and a brief description if necessary.)
Identification of the material on our website that you claim is infringing and that you request us to remove or disable. Please provide a URL link or specific section of our site where the material is located, to help us quickly find the content.
Your contact information, including your full name, affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address, so we can reach you regarding your complaint.
A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Your electronic or physical signature (which can simply be your typed full name at the end of your notice, if submitted via email, or a signature if sent by physical mail).
Please send your DMCA compliance notice to our designated copyright agent at: [Email: [email protected]]. Use the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request” for clarity. You may also send physical mail if necessary; please contact us via email to request a mailing address for DMCA notices.
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
1.Review the Request: We will verify the information provided and the legitimacy of the request.
2.Remove or Disable Content: If the request meets the DMCA requirements, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material on our site.
3.Notify the User (if applicable): Since users currently do not upload content to YouCinePC (we ourselves index content), typically there may not be a “user” to notify. However, if the content was somehow user-provided or if there is relevant identifying information, we will notify the party who posted the content that it has been removed or disabled due to a DMCA complaint.
4.Repeat Infringement Policy: Although users do not post content on our platform at this time, we take copyright seriously. If in the future users are allowed to contribute and a user is found to be a repeat infringer, we will terminate that user’s access or account in accordance with the DMCA’s repeat infringer policy.
Good Faith and Misrepresentations: Please note that under the DMCA, anyone who knowingly makes false claims in a takedown notice (or counter-notice) can be liable for damages. If you are not sure whether the material on our site infringes your copyright, you may wish to seek legal guidance before submitting a notice. We will treat all takedown requests seriously, and any fraudulent or bad-faith claims may be referred to legal authorities.
Counter-Notification: If you are a content provider (or the owner of an affected link) and you believe that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to send us a counter-notification. A counter-notice should also comply with the requirements of the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)). It must include your contact information, identification of the removed content and its location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your area (if you are in the U.S.) or to an appropriate judicial body if outside the U.S. If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in question after a review, unless the original complaining party informs us they have filed a court action to restrain the alleged infringement. (We will forward any counter-notice to the party who filed the original DMCA claim, as required by law.)
Important: YouCinePC is based outside the United States, but we voluntarily comply with the DMCA’s notice-and-takedown procedure as an internationally recognized standard for copyright protection. Copyright laws can vary by country; if you are a copyright owner outside the U.S., you can still use the above DMCA procedure to notify us of alleged infringement, or contact us with a clear explanation of your rights under your local law. We will respond to credible copyright complaints regardless of origin.
Contact Information for DMCA Agent:
Email: [email protected]
Subject Line: DMCA Takedown Request – [Your Content Name]
(If physical correspondence is required, please email us to request our mailing address for the attention of “DMCA Agent”.)
YouCinePC will make a good-faith effort to investigate each notice and take appropriate action expeditiously. Removal of content or disabling of links in response to a DMCA notice is done out of an abundance of caution for copyright compliance and does not imply that YouCinePC is admitting any legal responsibility for the alleged infringement. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in upholding copyright laws.
No Legal Advice: This DMCA Disclaimer is provided for informational purposes and to outline our policies. It is not legal advice. If you have questions about your rights or about the DMCA process, consider seeking independent legal counsel.
